This was the worse rental for me and my family. When I made my reservation I asked that I please not get a car that had been smoked in. Twice more I spoke with reps and asked that they make sure I got a non-smoking vehicle. I was told that they had no control over people smoking in their vehicles. I understood that but asked "just please give me one that has not been smoked in". Well, to my dismay when I picked up I got a vehicle that had been the most heavily smoked in. I at that point had no choice but take it or cancel my trip! My health is not good and this just ruined every day of our trip! Our focus the whole trip was spraying everything we could purchase to help up get thru the ride. I spent more money on "stuff" than anything.
I have been satisfied in the past as I rent all the time but unfortunately, it seems I need to move on to another rental company and hope they will fulfill their customer's requests in this regard.

I am a private pilot and long time user of Enterprise Rentals and I don't remember this ever happening before. I went online to reserve a car for a quick trip to Marianna and thought everything was set to go. Well it apparently wasn't. The local branch tried to call me while I was in the "air" that they had no car to give me. Fortunately by the time I landed someone had turned in a car (truck) unexpectedly. I was given the truck which was fine but it could just as turned out badly. I am not sure where the breakdown in the process occurred but since for me at least it turned out OK i will give them 4 stars..
Where do I even start... We rented a car from enterprise and after the first day of driving it the drivetrain light appeared on the car and it would shake when we got up to high speeds which is very dangerous to drive when it is in that shape. So after a week of trying to contact them..they FINALLY came and took it from us and said they had another new car on the way. Turns out after they took it they "couldn't find another car to replace it". So after DAYS of being stranded at a hotel without a car, hundreds of phone calls and a ton of headaches they finally told us to get a taxi and take it to where are old car was and we picked it up and ended up being stuck with it for the rest of our honeymoons. It was a NIGHTMARE! Don't EVER rent from enterprise...EVER
Very nice and helpful people. I rented a car in desperate need of a way getting to work I was in and out in less than an hour. I accidentally clipped a deer on the way to work when I reported the damage they was so understanding and helped me through the process. I highly recommend enterprise in marianna Florida.
