Zero Stars.....The person that answered the phone was extremely rude. I understand if a dentist is not taking new patients but that is no reason to speak down to me. She sounded mad. I finally asked her if I had offended her in some way, she said no, but it didn't change her tone at all.
I called multiple times for my kids insurance claims, I work in claims and know they did not send this as I have called to verify this. I paid in full on my accounts and now they have not even bothered to file!!
Awesome place! Great staff, comfortable facility, and attention to service. My children actually get excited when they hear they get to go to the dentist! I will never take my kids anywhere else.
They need to rethink who they let answer their phones. Terrible customer service. I was cut off and hung up on before I could even get a second question out. I understand offices can get busy but no reason to be openly rude to people.
Absolutely hands down the best pediatric dentist! I have taken my son to 2 other places before dr Ben and was not happy! We now drive an hour just to go here and will continue to do so!
