Mike did a amazing job for me and my wife. go see him if you can

You see when I know something is wrong I do not roll over dead. Even though I went through different phases getting to the truth I just knew it was out there some where. I had to get in-touch with AT&T on the internet to get a copy of my Go Phone contract.

I got the Go Phone set up and later was told I had the Smart Phone as well. Now my reaction was Really? Yes, it caught me off guard and in the back of my head something wasn't right but I needed to get home. You know when someone returns a phone they refurbish it then resale it.

Go Phone contract as he knows why? This is what AT&T has and from all the complaints on the internet I just never thought to look. How does on sleep knowing how they treat someone who was so nice to them until I found out how I had been had and now I am the bad guy because I want answers. I give everyone the benefit of the doubt then if I feel something is not right I will fish until I get some answers. Like I said ,if Mike had been honest with me at the beginning I wouldn't have been stressed out.

I guess I am going to be a party pooper as I was taken advantage and Mike knows it. I am a senior citizen who has used AT&T for many years and I had an old flip phone and contract had expired and I needed a new flip phone and contract. Well Mike told they don't have flip phones anymore.

Now ladies and gentlemen I would not be as upset as I was because like I said "something just wasn't right" If Mike had treated me like he was suppose to and really help me out and tell me as well if I didn't want the Smart Phone and after the fourteen days I would have known and I told him that over the phone and he said " we discussed all that " that is a lie. I wouldn't be paying for the phone if he has said something.

To make a long story just a little bit longer I would not have had to stress myself out in trying to find out what was going on as I knew something just wasn't right in the way I was treated. Mike just didn't care and he acted like it. Oh he was nice until I started to ask questions that he couldn't answer so now I called him to ask him why he didn't tell me about the Smart Phone if you didn't pay the $35.00 and I didn't have time to ask him why he never gave me the copy of the

I called Mike back today at 3:00 and he sounded like he just wish he wasn't there. He was not happy to hear from me . He said he was tired of dealing with me and hung up.

I just found myself with a Smart Phone. I really didn't want it but I needed a phone. I never read the contract and so after 7 days I took the Smart Phone back and just didn't like it as it just wasn't practical for my needs. No, I am not old fashion--Mike never told me if I refuse to pay the $35.00 I would after 14 days will have to pay for the phone along with my new phone. Well the day I brought back the Smart Phone and I was sent over to Wal-Mart to get a Go Phone and they didn't have one so I came back to the store and the ups driver just delivered a Go Phone so Mike never told me they do get them in the Store. Now I never felt comfortable the whole time I was there even though maybe that is why I was out going to make up from my uncomfortableness and even gave Mike a 5 hour energy as he was tired and getting sick. I just want to get home to my sick animals.

Know matter how I may have reacted to some situations I was the customer and I was mislead and not really help like I should have been. I knew something was wrong when Mike did not print out a copy of my contract for the Go Phone because he knew the charges for the Smart Phone where on it as $7.50 and for two years. So now I have a two year contract and all because I wasn't told the truth and just because I was upset and said I wasn't going to pay $35.00 in putting the phone back in stock. That should have not been a reason for Mike to not tell me about the charge if I didn't. I truly believe that was his way of just being mean and wrong because of my reaction. I would have paid the $35.00 if he had told me the truth.

We just left the Marianna store- stopped on our way home to Louisiana from Disney World. My phone wouldn't charge in our Hyundai vehicle and the associates were SO nice! They tried a few options and the adaptor I just purchased is working! We're back on the road and I already have 20% battery charge;) Thanks for all of your help!!!!!
