My husband and I have been Badcock customers for more than 25 years and we have always been happy with the quality of service and goods received at the Chipley Store. However recently we went to the store in Marianna, FL and purchased a new living room suite from them. Although we paid over 2500.00 for the 4 piece set, the quality of the items are not as good as ones I have purchased before. The recliners in particular have very little support and feel rickety after just a few weeks, with definite failure in the seat and back padding. I called the Marianna store and spoke with Tammy, who informed me that there was only a 10 day window in which they could accept a return or exchange due to dissatisfation, basically no concern, just flat, too bad. This will be my last purchase ever from the Marianna Badcock Store, the customer service is very poor after purchase, snobby, in fact. I have had a couple items from the Chipley Store that I was not happy with in 25 years and I must say they made good on the purchase. Always polite, courteous and eager to assist in any way. So, moral of this story, stay with people you know(CHIPLEY) and trust. I learned the hard way.
