a blood test for my Doctors
I was told I could drop everything off and come back in 24 hours for an appointment If I came in early when they opened on the phone, (which VA never works that fast so I asked again to clarify.) I would be treated as a walk-in. I dropped the paperwork off that Friday and was told in person to come back Monday to be seen.... I called that on Friday afternoon to make sure the lady was aware Monday was a holiday and if they were opened. I was told yes. I show up Monday morning as informed....and yup they were closed. I came back Tuesday morning, and was informed they hadn't even started on entering the paperwork that I could still be seen at my previous clinic if urgent. I called PC and was informed they could see me Wednesday morning at 9:30, I get there and was informed it was Thursday Morning and not in PC, but in Pensacola instead (which I have never been too). The guys informed me he couldn't do anything because I would now have to be transferred back from Pensacola to PC to even schedule an appointment. Jessica is extremely rude, and the nurses best advice was for me to kick him out. I would not recommended this clinic to anyone.... they either need staff with a college education in Medical Administration..... or at least staff they were taught respect.
