First time trying this place and wasn't impressed. The service wasn't as I expected, the employees were all women and in my opinion were just too into themselves than the customers. Laughing and talking most of the time. My husband ordered two subs and when our order came out they only gave us one so my husband had to wait for his. Maybe if they talk less they can get the order right. The subs were Ok in flavor. Not sure if I'd ever go back
I really enjoy Firehouse Subs but this location was not up to Firehouse standards in my opinion. I had lunch at this location on Halloween. The bread was not fresh as it crumbled while i ate. I also felt the large sub was a little "lite" on the amount of meat on the sub. The staff was friendly and a number of "regulars" came through during my lunch.
Great food and good service. The staff is super friendly. They have revised the menu to include smaller sandwiches at a better value for the frequent shopper.
The food was great and the people were very nice.
Don't go close (there 20 mins prior) to closing time unless you want angry stares from the manager. Outside of her the staff was friendly and quick.
