I have been to many natural caverns and decided to stop here on the way to New Orleans from Orlando and I'm glad I did. What really made this one special was our awesome tour guide Montana! We had the pleasure of going on a "flashlight tour" and she answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable even after only being there 6 months. You could really tell that Montana truly cared and appreciated this natural wonder and it showed in her presentation. Thanks for making our tour extra awesome Montana! This is a must visit.
The cavern tours are great and not very expensive. We did both the night time flashlight tour and the day tour when the lights are on in the cavern. The hiking was great, short hikes with lots to see. They are definitely worth the time. The youth camping area was clean and had a large fire pit. The museum is also a must see.
Amazing tour, good prices, and wonderful trails. Everything is very clean and well preserved. I would definitely go back.
If you want to get up close and personal with some stalagmites and stalactites this is your place! I have lived around Tallahassee for 20+ years and I finally got to go to this place recently after hearing about it for many years. I have been up to the big caverns in Tennessee, but this place is smaller and more personal. I really enjoyed the tour guide; he was very very knowledgeable about the area and the cavern. The lighting was a very special touch and it was cool to be able to enjoy a Florida treasure.
Our tour guide Chris was fantastic! He made the tour a hilarious and memorable experience that we’ll never forget. Beautiful place. 10/10, highly recommend
