Was good. I had the smokehouse salad, husband had texas frito pie with brisket, one child had pulled pork sandwhich and the other had chicken nuggets and mac n cheese.
Great brisket sandwich, it was the special today! Really like the large drinks and waffle fries. Food was quick and served hot. Great place to stop when your on a trip
Food is ok, portions are tiny. Cost almost as much to eat here as ruby tuesdays. All the staff is great surprisingly enough.
Me and my girlfriend have been to this location several times and always has been great!! Went there tonight and ordered a 2 meat plate with fries and Mac and cheese.. all was great other than the girl that did the fries for us and 4 more ahead of us didn't make enough and the others ahead of us got a bag each of fries and when she got to ours we received 4 total fries in out bag.. I guess she didn't feel like making us anymore and just handed them to us... other than this time I would give them 5 stars...
I've said it a hundred times, if you're heading to Sonny's for some BBQ, do yourself a favor and drive past it and go to Dickey's. The food is far superior and the staff is amazing. The smoked turkey is my reason for living. I wish there was one closer to where I live, but I'll take the drive to experience the greatness that is Dickey's.
