We had a horrible experience at the Wharf. We got there at 4pm and ordered our food. There were about 6 people in the restaurant. After 30 minutes we did not get our food so we asked the waitress, she said it was coming right out. How she knew that without going in the kitchen I don’t know. . We saw people who came and ordered their food after we did and were served. 15 minutes later still no food, we asked the kitchen person again and she said it will be right out. 10 minutes later she came to our table with both orders. Both orders were wrong as to what we ordered. At that point we just wanted to leave. We asked for our money back and the waitress said they don’t do that and they would redo the order she did not offer discount or free for the long wait and wrong food. We did not want to wait so I insisted a full refund. Well the waitress did not know how to do that and had to call the manager who was not at the restaurant, he was home. She even said the credit won’t go through for about 3 days. Their charge went right away. I cannot comment on the food since we never got any. We will never go back to them.
Great food at a good price! They have a wide selection of fried seafood and sandwiches along with salads, tacos, and burgers if seafood not your thing. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. Couldn't ask for a better place for lunch or dinner!
Really good food. We had fish tacos, fried shrimp and grilled chicken salad. All large filling portions, fresh tasting. Very nice staff.
Perfect for the price. This restaurant is on the corner of a small strip shopping area. Seating s limited but cozy. The food tasks great. The service is very friendly. Three outdoor tables are available for those with that desire. Prices are moderate. A double entray meal can be shared for a great savings if you and your guest are light eaters.
First thing I notice, it is clean. The staff greeted me as I walk in with a smile and a readiness to serve. I was impressed with my server, she was very helpful. My order was right and the food was cooked to my liking. I will be back when I travel this way again.
