Oaks is one of my favorite places. Their shrimp are fantastic! From the owners to all staff, everyone is friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. I would recommend the Oaks to anyone who enjoys a buffet or ordering from the menu or take-out. Try it...you'll like it!
The Very Best in Marianna! This man and wife have spent their adult lives in the restaurant business, in at least two towns. They know have to create a menu and to honor their guests. Over the years since they opened this location this restaurant has expanded from one serving area to five areas. They sport a noon buffet, and specials two or three nights a week. It is closed on Sundays.
This is such a wonderful southern restaurant! I would definitely argue the BEST fried shrimp in South Georgia. The shrimp are huge, perfectly fried, and just the perfect taste. The sides are pretty great as well, even the hush puppies. Also, I definitely recommend grabbing a cake to go. A local lady makes them and they are very tasty and homemade. Enjoy! Also they have a buffet. The service is prompt too.
Always a great place to eat. We generally go for the lunch buffet but their regular menu is awesome too. Always great service as well. The atmosphere is a great ole down home country place so if you need all them fancy lights and table settings then this isn't your place which is fine by me because that's more for us.
Wonderful place to eat a delicious meal. We drive 100 miles just to eat here. Best steaks we've ever tasted. The owner is so nice and checks to see if everything is good. Highly recommend
