I have never been so disappointed in a Wendy's. First we were told there were no salads available as they had no lettuce, not even for the sandwiches. We ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwich meals and a Dave's double meal.
Out comes the food... All the fries looked dark brown to black. At first we thought they were overcooked; not the case. The oil was just old and dirty...obvious from the first bite. Next, all three of our sandwiches were on different buns. My sandwich was on a multi-grain bun which I believe was for a promotional sandwich two months ago or longer and no longer available. My son's Dave's double was so bad he stopped eating it after only two bites. When my wife asked what was wrong with the burger, my son told her to try it. She did and promptly spot it out in a napkin.
food was fresh and tasted great.
great customer service with only 30 minutes left in the day.
While waiting for our food, my wife needed to use the ladies' restroom. There was no light and so she needed to use my cell phone for the flashlight function. The girl behind the counter told us they have know about the problem but don't know what is wrong with it.
In short, missing ingredients for preparing the food, non working restrooms, old and poorly prepared food. I will assume this is a franchise in serious financial difficulty and will close soon.

I usually love Wendy's. But today I was very disappointed. The bored girl behind the counter rolled her eyes and announced there was no tea and no drink containing tea. My husband wanted to try some new drink the had advertised. We ordered any way. When we got our sandwiches there was no lettuce and I was informed then that there was lettuce. The only reason I did not ask for my money back is my husband needed to get back to work. It was 11:36 in the am and they can't fix anything the right way because of what they don't have. Really!!?? There is a supermarket 3 doors down. Go get lettuce and tea!!!!
the whole staff was nice and even put smiles on their faces for parry of 15 that showed up with 10 minutes left in the work day.
